Tried it but couldnt get VVM to work.. So I went back to 680.. Waiting for the first patch before I download Trillian again. :)

I just downloaded to my BB and it won't let me use my existing account because it has the _ symbol in it and it claims that Trillian usernames cannot have _ in them. Works fine on my computer, of course.

Can you delete Trillian and then reinstall it? There may have been a problem with the backup made by BB DM.

Also, did you shrink your OS before installing it? That may also contribute to things not working. So try reinstalling your OS without shrinking it first.

If you're still having problems try downloading the new beta and see if that works.

ok delete whatever version you have installed. Go to http://trillian.im/get/blackberry/beta from your PC. download whatever version you need. Install the app via Desktop Manager. When your blackberry asks if you would like to give Trillian "trusted status" say yes.

Come back and tell us if it works.
