After a lot of work and testing the synchronized history features are being rolled out. That means that if you start a conversation on your desktop and have to go to a meeting you can pick up the conversation on your iPhone without creating a fragmented conversation log. You will never have to struggle to remember that link someone sent to you because all of your devices will be able to sync the log files so that you can access them from everywhere.
