"Your session has expired or you have signed in from another location."

when I'm at work I always use trillian web.. I'm normally also logged in with software on my home pc.. and sometimes with the android app as well.

I logged in today when I got to work and all was working fine.. but then all the sudden I lost my connection. when I tried to reconnect I got the above error.. tried completely closing out my browser and trying again. same error.

logged into my computer at home via remote desktop and checked the 'devices' tab in preferences and it doesn't show the web is connected at all.

what's up?

it's working again now.

however my session still expires every 30minutes or so when using the web version of trillian. I normally only use this when I'm at work. so it's not a huge deal.. but it sure would be nice if there was an option to choose so that the web version will keep you logged in. instead of expiring after inactivity for 30minutes. because I'm not chatting 24/7 on it. but I'd like to stay online in case someone messages me.

this didn't use to be a problem at all.. I believe it's something you just added to trillian web last week sometime.

anyway to add an option to choose when to expire, or just an option to enable/disable the expiring with trillian web?
