we've started working on v0.61, which should hopefully cover just about everything we left out of v0.60, including (but certainly limited to -- we'll do our best to get the majority of these fetures in, but no promises):

- system tray support
- copy/paste
- links
- new skins
- misc. engine updates

if you have other suggestions, now's the time to speak up.

also, for the bashful among you, i've created a "guest" account for the message boards. username is guest, password is guest. feel free to use it instead of registering.

Any ETA on .61? I really look forward to system tray support.

I just tried Trillian today and it looks like I've found my new IMer =)

Keep up the great work guys!

within the next few weeks, for sure!

we're also adding a new christmas skin, which should be exciting. :) keep your eyes peeled, and let us know if you have any other requests/bug reports.

Hey this program is pretty cool, but I don't use any messaging clients, you should continue making this program and also make a seperate full featured IRC client, you know with all the cool shiznit. So far I don't think any client has beaten mIRC in it's options/scripting capabilities.

Neat program you guys!

I'd personally like to see Trillian remain one program, with all chat mediums integrated.

From what I can tell, you can disable MSN/ICQ/etc by removing that plug-in, so I'd think that bloat wouldn't be an issue with having everything integrated

Looking forward to the next update!

Well, actually I disagree. The program was designed to be built on plugins. And there are a bunch of windows that aren't need to use IRC like that one with all the connections listed, know what I mean? I just want another program that is just for IRC.

hi,

which window are are you referring to? the "You're on" listing? if so, this is also around in case you're on multiple IRC servers. this helps out in distinguishing which window comes from where, etc.

i'd be interested to know what else you find tedious about the interface from an IRC-only standpoint.

thanks,

Hello, I would like to see the "Show Offline Users" in the buddly list be toggable. Since I really hate scrolling through 100 offline users to see the 4 or so which are online. and if it is and Im just too stupid to see it, Please tell me. Thank you

I definitely agree with "guest" here. I love Trillian and it's a great program, but frankly, I find it a deal unusable what with the massive amount of buddies I have. Most are offline, and it makes it *extremely* difficult to actually use the program when I can't hide those who aren't online.

I don't suppose this "hide offline guys" is going to be available in 0.61, eh? :)

Keep up the good work!

calim,

"hide offline buddies" *will* be showing up in v0.61. we loser developers don't have many buddies, so the issue never came up during testing. :)
