[IRC] Little workaround for IRC nick bug

If you use IRC often you'll soon realise Trillian has trouble with remembering nick settings, especially if you use more than one network. A workaround for this is to add "/nick yournickhere" to the perform buffer for each of the networks.

YES! I've been using this one for a very long time now - works both in pro and free version :)
