Please, please, <b>please</b> do the following before posting, be it a general question, a feature request, or a bug.

<li><a href="http://www.trillian.cc/forums/search.php?s=">Search</a> to see if someone else has asked the same question.</li>
</ol>

There's a good bet that someone has already covered your question or feature request, etc. While you can feel free to further comment on it in the same thread, it's bad form to start a brand new thread about the same topic.

Follow these three steps, and you'll save <i>everyone</i> - you, the other members, the moderators and the developers - a lot of time.

Also older members who have just come to the new forums, search the UBB Vault (http://www.ceruleanstudios.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=35) for your Bug/Feature Request etc, it should be there and shouldn't be deleted. Search the new forum to see if your bug/feature request has been brought up by any one else before dusting it off to be seen again :)
