Are you talking about the Buah Emoticon Installer thing? The new version is almost ready, lots of cool new stuff, but I have a little thing called exams to write first before I finish it up. I decided to wait till late January, possibly early February to release it so I can add a couple more nice things.

Sorry if I disappeared the past week but the thread sunk and I saw no reason to post anything more until the thing is finished.

thats good its coming back, because i found the link in the old section but its broken, maybe it doesnt work anymore or something? or you were just having a problem with your host, whatever, hope the new version comes out soon! later

What kind of stuff can the new version do?

1. The host works fine, but the beta has been taken down as that stage is over. The program however is definitely not dead :)

2. New stuff I don't really want to talk about, you can read the thread in the old section to get an idea. What I can say is that it will be a kit allowing you to create an installation program for your own emoticon sets and allows for some *basic* emoticon management within a skin. Beyond that, the interface is being smoothed out, better error detection is being put in, and the current version has not come across a skin that it cannot successfully patch (this doesn't necessarilly mean the code works 100%, but it has yet to show otherwise).
