If you've been trying to update your plugins and are still having problems with crashes or authentication, this is a list of the most recent versions of the plugins for MSN and AIM/ICQ, including links to download them.
Make sure you download the files corresponding to your version of Trillian, and do not rename your old .dll files. Either move them to a completely separate folder on your hard drive or delete them, but do NOT just rename them msn.dll.old or something similar. Also make sure to download and replace the files while Trillian is completely shut down. If you replace the files manually, you may need to go into Preferences->Plugins and enable the plugins when you start Trillian again.
To find out what version of the plugin you have, right click on the file (i.e msn.dll) in Windows Explorer and hit Properties. Click on the "Version" tab and it will tell you what version the file is right at the top.
If you DO have the versions of the files indicated below and Trillian prompts you for updates when you start up, don't download the updates right away. Cancel that screen and see if you can connect. If you still have problems then go to Help->Check for Updates and get the update you were offered.
