Unknown crashes

Astra has just started to do random crashes for me. I have crash logs, but I can not tell why it is doing this. When I start astra up again, my username is gone from the login screen, but all files are intact in windows explorer. I bug reported this but have no where to upload the dump logs. Anyone have any ideas?

I would think you upload the file like you would a picture.

In line with this - is there an application that can easily read the crash logs?

Ever since Build 28 hit today, Trillian crashes on boot.
