My Astra account no longer works..

It appears my Astra account is no longer working. Perhaps it has been locked I am not really sure. Is there a way I can reset it?

Okay, in relation to the previous post... I was given a password to login to Astra. Now can I change that password??? I have looked all over the place, but I can't find that option. So if I forget that password, I am afraid that I will also be locked out. :'(

So if I forget that password, I am afraid that I will also be locked out. :'(I don't think at this point you can change the password. I have my e-mail in my address I wanted them to use and I also sent it to my g-mail account and filed it.
Just in case.
