[Bug 2631] Send message to all

I seemed to have lost the ability to broadcast a message to my ICQ users (4) in a group. I right click my group of icq contacts, left click send a message to all, type a message and click send. No one gets the message.

Users in group should receive message

The program went through all the motions of sending a broadcast message, but no one got the message
