'Bout time I earned my place on the Alpha Team, all other bugs I've found so far aren't replicatible, and got fixed next build anyway. *shrugs*
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
======================
Trillian either crashes to quit or reports error window and freezes after creating any widget in View > Add Widget... and draging the resulting widget from the contact list to the Desktop. Up to this point everything works fine, but trying to edit the 'desktop mode' widget crashes/freezes Trillian after an error message.
EXPECTED RESULT
======================
Should bring up edit box as per normal.
ACTUAL RESULT
======================
Either:
-Causes Trillian Crash Dialog to be displayed, then freezes the app, or
-Causes Trillian Crash Dialog to be displayed, then the Windows generic error reporting doohicky, then Trillian crashes to quit.
REPRODUCIBLE
======================
Very. Tried on two different machines (XP Home Edition and XP MCE).
