message grouping

i dont know if this is the right place for this particular request... but i was just wondering if maybe a modder would be able to create a plugin that would allow the option to group successive messages from the same person... if this is unclear... the same option is avaliable in windows live...
hehe im kinda new to the whole trillian thing... so if this option already exists please dont be too harsh... :p

I think you may be referring to the container functionality. I'm going by memory here, but try Preferences->Message Window. There should be options in there.

He is talking about where messages don't show timestamps and all that except for the first one in a group of messages a person sends (I think).

That is basically available in bubble chat view which is new to Trillian 4.0 which is in private alpha testing.
