It has come to our attention that Gmail has been snagging a lot of our replies to tickets and Astra invitations and marking them as Spam. If you are expecting a reply from us and you are using Gmail, please check your Spam folder. If something is there from us mark it as "Not Spam" so that we can get off of the list.
