Not sure if this is a bug -> problem adding Yahoo contacts <-

Hello I'm not really sure if this is a bug but I cannot add any of my yahoo contacts I have to go straight through the yahoo messenger just to add a yahoo contact. I've been dealing with this bug for I don't know how ever long the build 111 came out and I still haven't been able to add a yahoo contact it just says you have them added then when they pop up to chat It still says I have to add them so yeah not sure.

Also one more thing I been trying to message all my myspace contacts and none of them receive the message so I don't know if that's a bug also. Otherwise Great job Cerulean studios ;] really love the client but yeah if I want to talk on myspace IM then I usually have to go to the actual myspace page and then chat with them there so i'm not sure how to fix or what.
If you fix I really appreciate it

No problem. Can you please generate a debug log for me?

1) Prefs -> Devices -> Enable diagnostic log
2) Add the Yahoo contact and allow it to fail as you normally would
3) Disable logging

The log file should exist on your desktop, and you can mail it to me directly at smw@ceruleanstudios.com. Please reference the open bug report, number 9607, in the subject.

I get the same problem since build 113 I think. When I try to add a yahoo contact who has sent me a message, I click add then the tool-bar disappears for 1 second then it's back to add.
I was under the impression that newer builds were supposed to fix bugs, not introduce new ones. :(

My problem is the exact same one as seths

Edit: It appears I now can add yahoo contacts just can't type @yahoo.com but I can't delete them now after it's requesting user authorization I mean I right clicked the user tried to delete and they are still on my list.

One more thing when I'm trying to add a yahoo contact you can't even type a reason it's all smashed down not sure if you knew about this or not

Seth81: Does this happen everytime? We definitely don't try to break things with new builds, but there is always a chance :)

Yeah I got the response just a bit weird trying to add contacts but oh well at least i got it now :) all works

Edit: Nevermind now I can't add yahoo contacts again :/

Same here can't add any contacts to Yahoo, not sure if the rest so I'll test it. Have a contact right now that I'd like to add, am talking to them, but when I click the "Add" button on the message window while we're talking it crashes the program.

I also tried to add it via the Add Contacts setup when you right click the title bar, but that crashed it the minute I hit the Add Contacts link. This was while I had the message window still open talking to the person I am trying to add, so I will try again after we're done talking to see if I can add them when the message window is closed.

*EDIT after testing a few things*
- Tried to add a contact at all via the right click the title bar and choosing the Add contact but it crashes so it's not just a Yahoo issue maybe? Did this after we were done talking and no message windows were open.
- Tried making the menus show at the top on the Title Bar and using it that way, no go.
- OK tried this after changing the skin from Trillian Carbonata to Trillian Cobalt and now adding the contact "seems" to work. I'll post again if that ends up being wrong, but it didn't crash, I just haven't heard back from the person I tried to add and it shows them offline so not sure if they are there or not to accept.
