I would like help solving a problem I have on one computer while it works fine on the other. I have a vista ultimate 64 bit desktop computer and a windows xp SP3 netbook (Eee PC 1005HA). Astra is working just fine on the desktop. But, when I try to check my email on the netbook, I get a message that says the email or the password is incorrect. Astra logs into the hotmail account just fine and receives new mail notifications, but when I click on "check mail," no go... It's not active x content issue because I have it enabled. I tried it with both IE and Firefox as default browser and got the same error. I'm unable to figure out what the issue is, especially because it works fine on my vista desktop. If you have any idea why this may be, please share your ideas. Thank you.
