Msn Hotmail issues on Trillian Mac

(to note this befhorehand: even Adium and Pidgin have sometimes connection problems on mac or so i noticed. I rescently switched from windows (loyal trillian user) to mac).

I got Trillian for mac today and i started it up all good and lovely. But when i connected to my Astra account, msn hotmail didn't connect.

I tried to connect and reconnect. If i'm logged into another messenger if falls offline with the error message "another messenger connects to this account", but trillian still doesn't show me a list of the people in my msn messenger account. When i right click the symbol, i get a "disconnect" option. So i assume it thinks i'm connected.

Could i have any help with this?

I have the same issue. I can see that I am logged on via another MSN user. Also, it knows my MSN groups and block/ allowed user. But, it doesn't show any users in the contact list.

I know it is supposed to be "alpha" but not that that "alpha", is it?

I have the same problem with MSN, Yahoo, and Gmail. They work fine on my iphone.
I remember having similar problems with Trillian when I used it on PCs about 6 years ago.

Please make sure to add any details on this to Bugzilla. Scott and I check the forums maybe once a week, spending time on code instead. (I've been a little more active right now, because for some reason we're seeing an influx of new posters.)

Bugzilla generates ticket lists for us, which helps immensely in knowing a) what we need to look at fixing or adding next, and b) who to talk to for repro cases or data, in the case of bugs. Streamlines the process, and everyone wins. :)
