Facebook Contacts Problem

I'm sorry if this has already been posted. I swear I looked at the other threads to see if it has and I couldn't find any solutions to my problem. I have the latest build which, I believe, is 105.
I just added my Facebook Chat account to Trillian and I love using it. However, I have a tiny problem. I have two contacts at the moment, who refuse to show up as online on Trillian. I could have more, but I've only encountered these two so far. When I go to the Facebook webpage, they are both online. They can send me messages through Trillian and I can respond. When they do, they come online, but after about a minute or two of not talking, they go back offline. This happens over and over again.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem? If so, I would appreciate it if I could finally get this fixed.

If you log into Facebook chat using their XMPP interface on a different client (iChat will work well for a test of this, for instance), do the people show up as online?

There's been some reports of contacts not being shown as online via the XMPP interface; if that's the problem here, it'll show up in iChat as well as Trillian. If they show up in iChat, however, that means the problem is on our side and not Facebook's.

Okay, I set up Facebook Chat with iChat and I tested the Facebook webpage, Trillian, and iChat. Thank you for giving me the tutorial on how to set it up by the way.

This is what I found... one of my contacts was online on Facebook and iChat, but remained offline on Trillian.
