stuck at loading

I'm trying to use trillian for web at work on firefox 3.5.2, but it gets stuck at loading after I type in my username and password. Any ideas why this is happening?

no, I would need admin privileges to install the latest version. I have 9,0,124,0 installed right now.

That should be current enough though I believe. I think it only requires 9.x

EDIT: Also maybe your employer has blocked trillian for productivity/privacy reasons.

That's what I thought, too, but I am able to use AIM express. Oh well, it's alright. Thanks for the help.

Flash 10 is required. If it didn't tell you that a Flash version update is required then this is a bug and we will look into it.

Is anybody getting this problem with Flash 10 installed?

I have flash 10 installed and i notice it takes a long time for the web version to load. It feels like it "hangs" then finally goes thru.

i have experienced this problem too, however intermittently, and only on one of my astra accounts (the one with by far the most contacts on at any one time) it seems to happen completely at random (at times when i am in browser closed status and try to reconnect to the active web session) and crashes the whole browser, firefox, chrome or IE, and the only way to fix it is to load up desktop trillian and disconnect it via the devices section, then i can log back into it

I am also having the same issues with it being stuck on Loading. I am running flash version 10,0,45,2.

this problem is still happening, it crashes flash completely (or the browser running flash) when i try to login, but only on one of my astra accounts (coincidently the one with the biggest contact list )

it's really unfortunate since it has made trillian for web unusable on the Forseto account, and I do really like it :(

I am using Flash 11 but still for me, after I enter my username and password, it does not proceed. It is stuck at loading... loading... loading...

I am using IE 9, I even tried on other browsers such as Firefox, but same issue

Any help would be appreciated....
