I purchased Trillian yesterday:

I already had bought 1 year subscription for $12 and paid the rest of $48 yesterday to complete the lifetime license.

However, both of my desktop client and the Android app shows "Upgrade" and shows ads.

I have uninstalled the Android app and reinstalled but sitl no go.

Could you please advise?

You need to be fully signed off of the astra network then restart for it to take effect. Make sure trillian is not running at all on any device including the web version if you use it.
