ok thats what i have.. and i've forwarded ports 1024 thru 1030 to my pc. Also i have ports 6891-6900 forwarded to my pc.

I cant seem to send any files over irc though. Any ideas or suggestions?

i hope you get an answer. i posted on this as well because im having the same problem and i havent heard back from any of the admin's or mods. im just glad i didnt pay for it...cuz that would only make this problem suck more. i can only receive files as well. when i try to send, i get the trying to establish file transfer blah blah blah and nothing happens.
