I posted this before but someone moved it to the Beta forum for some reason and then that forum got locked.

Did something change where systray alerts no longer come to the top of all other windows? I have an alert set up where when I get an IM and the message window isn't in focus it will show the message in a systray alert. This is handy when I'm playing a game or watching a movie because I can read the message and then decide if I want to quit my game to respond. But the alert will no longer appear through the game or on top of movies.

I'm running 3.1.121 and it was working fine with 3.0. Here's the original thread on the topic where some people say they can get it to work but I've tried everything and I can't.
